By installing or playing Last Aegis you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the game.
The game
Last Aegis is published by an independent developer ("we", "us"). We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to install and play it on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment.
What you may not do
- Copy, resell or redistribute the game or its art, music and code.
- Modify, decompile or reverse engineer it, except where the law allows this regardless of these terms.
- Use cheats, automation or modified versions to interfere with the game or its ads.
- Use the game for anything unlawful.
Ads
The game is free and supported by advertising from third parties. We do not control the content of those ads and are not responsible for the products or services they promote.
Coins and other in-game items
Coins, upgrades and skins exist only inside the game and have no real-world value. They cannot be exchanged for money and are not your property. They are saved on your device, so they are lost if you uninstall the game, clear its data or change device.
Updates and availability
We may update, change or stop offering the game at any time. We try to keep it working well, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Ownership
The game, its name and its content belong to its developer or to the creators who licensed their work to us. These terms give you no rights in them beyond the licence above.
Disclaimer and liability
The game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. To the same extent, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or in-game progress, arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited.
Privacy
How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version is published on this page with a new date, and continuing to play after that means you accept it.
